Марусина хата, дом 12 в Городце, устроена под небольшую компанию: за столом помещаются 7 человек. Сутки стоят 200 рублей, и других площадок у хозяйства нет.

Берег совсем близко: пляж принадлежит усадьбе, лодку выдают напрокат, рядом клюёт рыба, а вокруг проложены маршруты для прогулок. Печь топят по-русски, вечером зажигают камин, баню дополняет массаж.

Во дворе кострище, беседка, мангал, качели, велосипеды, чуть дальше начинаются сад и грибные места. Хозяева встречают трансфером и водят на экскурсии, машину оставляют на парковке, Wi-Fi раздают в доме.
