- In the warm tropical waters to the east of Africa, not far from the northeast coast of Unguja, lies a small lonely island, its peculiarity is that it is completely surrounded by a coral reef!
- The local nature is so rich and diverse that the island has been given the status of a marine reserve protected by the state.
- Lands and waters near Mnemba are strictly protected, primarily because of their striking beauty, which must be maintained and protected.
- In the local reserve there are such marine and terrestrial inhabitants as: dolphins (three kinds!); hawksbill and green sea turtles; even humpback whales; 600 species of tropical fish. We should not miss the unique chance to see all this beauty!
